Knights Care

Knights Care will virtually assess symptoms and administer frontline care in a contained environment to limit the spread of illness. They will also give recommendations on need for testing vs. self-quarantine, and where to go if testing or further care is needed.

Go to knights.care. From there, you can register with your university email address, and then you will be able to log in to begin using services. You can then choose to have a voice or video call from your smartphone.

Yes! This service does not replace our current Counseling Center, which offers in person, telephone, and video visits from August to May each year. You may continue to schedule ongoing visits with our on-site counselors by emailing counseling@warnerpacific.edu.

You can access 24/7, on-demand Medical or TalkNow (talk to a mental health provider about anything, at any time) and Scheduled Counseling (for up to 12 visits each year), where you can set up single or recurring appointments with a provider you choose. You will also find information on the site about our site-based campus counselors who are available for appointments during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Visits are free. Your access to this service is covered by your university health fee (Traditional Undergraduate Program, Professional and Graduate Studies) each semester, so there is no cost for individual visits. You have access to the services as often as you choose to use them, even when classes are not in session.
