Fall 2021 Service Hours are DUE Friday, December 3, 2021. Late Submissions accepted December 6th- 10th (with an additional late fee).  NO SERVICE HOURS ARE ACCEPTED AS OF DECEMBER 10, 2021. Contact WSFAITHSERVICE@warnerpacific.edu via email with any questions or concerns.

Each student is required to personally log all of the completed service hours separately using the online form below. Service projects must be completed during the semester in which they are submitted. Projects done over the summer or winter breaks will not count for credits in the Fall or Spring semesters.

To qualify for your service hour requirement, completed service must:

Residential Students: Complete 10 hours of service

Commuter Students: Minimum 5 hours of service (can do more to complete combination of 25 faith credits & service hours)
