Biography
Elizabeth Fiscu has worked in higher education for over 11 years and is passionate about helping students, faculty, and institutions grow with purpose. At Warner Pacific University in Portland, Oregon, she helps strengthen planning, assessment, and student success initiatives through collaboration and continuous improvement. Elizabeth enjoys connecting data and stories to help make meaningful change.

She’s also completing her doctorate, where her research explores how mathematics education shaped communities and opportunity in Romania. Outside of work and school, Elizabeth loves serving in her church, spending time with family, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband.

I have been actively involved in community service and nonprofit initiatives that support education, youth development, and faith-based outreach. My contributions have included organizing events, assisting with local church youth programs, and supporting educational access efforts through volunteer coordination and mentorship.
