Biography
Dr. Stephanie Mace is the Dean of the School of Social Work at Warner Pacific University, where she has been a faculty member since 2014. Before joining Warner Pacific, she taught in the School of Social Work at Colorado State University. Prior to her career in higher education, Dr. Mace served as a Community and Organizational Development Volunteer with the U.S. Peace Corps. She brings over two decades of experience in human trafficking prevention, awareness, and advocacy in both the United States and Bulgaria, as well as extensive involvement in youth development and empowerment programs domestically and globally. Dr. Mace is passionate about engaging students and fostering meaningful connections on campus and throughout the community. Her scholarship utilizes both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, focusing on human trafficking, human rights, and child welfare.
