Caleb joined the faculty at Warner the summer of 2008. He has had a broad and rich professional and academic background, having taught at state universities, private colleges, headed up graduate programs, been director of an urban campus, developed a behavioral sciences program in the UK, taught a graduate course in Bolivia, did his dissertation research on religion in Cuba, pastored for over 20 years, and has been a race relations consultant and diversity trainer for 30 years.
