Andy Magel founded the Mile High WorkShop in early 2014 after managing other social enterprise projects in Denver. He also has experience in service-based non-profits and business management in the for-profit sector. Andy hopes to see Denver lead the way in creative, employment-focused community development, and he’s humbled to play a role in that growth.
He is a graduate of Warner Pacific University in Portland, Oregon and a member of the American Enterprise Institute’s Leadership Network. Andy loves being a dad to his young son and enjoys time in Colorado’s mountains and rivers as well as a good cup of coffee. He’s a pretty relaxed guy, an unashamed Taylor Swift fan and a seven on the enneagram.
