Lead & Cultivate Strong Workplace Dynamics

A Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Warner Pacific University provides a comprehensive understanding of human
resource functions including resource planning; recruitment, selection, placement, and orientation of employees; training and career development; labor relations; and development of personnel policies and procedures for both the private and public sectors.
Additionally, you’ll explore the ways that human behavior, laws, and labor relations can intersect and affect a company’s culture and ultimately its progress. As part of this degree, you will complete an internship that provides you with practical experience and a capstone that prepares you for HR certification through SHRM or HCRI, to align with your career goals.
