Institutional Effectiveness

Many aspects of the value of a college education are difficult to measure: deep and lasting friendships; commitment to life-long learning; profound character development; acceptance of one’s social responsibility, to name a few.

The goal of Institutional Effectiveness at Warner Pacific is to identify those elements at work within the college that can be expressed in quantitative and qualitative data, recognizing that these measures are only part of the story. These indicators relate to the planning processes in which the college engages, the steps taken to evaluate the efficacy of its programs, and demographic details of the campus community.

The collective value of the reports and documents found here enables the college to support the continuous improvement of its academic, co-curricular, and administrative functions.
