Music

Beauty is in the ear of the beholder.

Being a part of each student’s life - spiritually, emotionally, academically and musically - presents an unbelievably exciting responsibility. Through the contact point of one’s passion for music we collectively learn how music and life are inseparable. We think in music for a life of service. - Dr. Dennis Plies

An array of opportunities awaits you as a student in Warner Pacific College’s Department of Music. Students desiring to pursue a career in music are distinguished not only by their passion and love for music, but with a desire to play, teach or be involved in music at a professional and non-professional level. And although performing music in some capacity is often the goal of most music majors, WPC’s Department of Music offers a musical landscape of degree options to choose from when deciding your area of focus. Whether you choose a music career in Performance, Ministry, Teaching or Music Business, you will be equipped with the ability to understand and appreciate both the creative and business side of music. The professors at Warner Pacific will provide you with a solid educational foundation that will help you succeed in your career.
