Grants

Applicants for all grants must complete the Warner Pacific College Application for Admission and be admitted in good standing as a full time student in the traditional semester program. The following awards and grants require full-time enrollment (except church matching grants), and are only available to first time freshmen students or transfers with less than one term completed working toward their first undergraduate degree.

Awards and Grants require a minimum high school GPA of 2.50 (4.0 scale) and are renewable for 3 additional years unless otherwise indicated.

Early Application Grant	Up to $500 each year	For students who are admitted to the traditional program and file their 2011-2012 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by February 1, 2011. Renewable as long as FAFSA is filed by February 1 each subsequent year.	No Application Required
Clark County Grant	Up to $1,000 each year	For students who graduate from a high school or home school program in Clark County, Washington.	No Application Required. No Deadline Requirement.
Alumni Grant	Up to $500 each year	For students whose Parent or Guardian attended WPC for 30 or more semester hours.	No Deadline Requirement   Download Application
Urban Studies Scholarship	Varies	For students majoring in Urban Studies and desiring to make a significant change in the world. Not Renewable. Lee Leadership Award *	Up to $1,000 each year	For students active in leadership positions; must participate in WPC Leadership Program. Cannot be combined with Trustee's Scholarship. Minimum GPA: 2.75 (4.0 scale)	Application Deadline: February 1, 2011
Dr. John Garlington Award *	Up to $1,000 each year	For students making significant contributions to diversity. Cannot be combined with Trustee's Scholarship.	Application Deadline: February 1, 2011
Music Award *	Varies	For students involved in Music. Must participate in Music performance. Must audition each year.  Frequently Asked Questions about the Music Award.	Application Deadline: February 1, 2011

International Student Grant	Up to $1,000 each year	For international students admitted to Warner Pacific College.  Contact Admissions Counselor.	No Application Required. No Deadline Requirement.
Church of God Grant	Up to $1,000 each year	For students attending a church associated with the Church of God, Anderson, IN. Documented church attendance via a letter from the church pastor required. Contact Admissions Counselor.	No Application Required. No Deadline Requirement.
Church Matching Grant	Up to $500 each semester	Warner Pacific College will match church contributions toward education. Church Contribution Required, must be received by the 10th day of each semester.   Download an informational letter for your church.	No Application Required.
Warner Pacific College Grant	Up to $2,000 each year	For students demonstrating financial need. Contact Admissions Counselor.	No Application Required. No Deadline Requirement.

* Requires separate application, interview, and attendance at WPC Scholarship Day on February 19, 2011. Applicants must be admitted and submit scholarship application by February 1, 2011.
