Smith Hall

A two story men’s residence hall that houses freshmen and sophomore men. Similar to Smith Hall, dorms in Warman Hall can house one or two students and have shared bathrooms. Resident Assistants are assigned to each hall and develop community through events and relationships. This residence hall has a 24-hour lounge that is equipped with a kitchen, ping pong, and cable TV as well as a laundry room. The Platinum Meal Plan is included in all dorm housing.

Warman Hall

A two story men’s residence hall that houses freshmen and sophomore men. There are two-person room and “European” bathrooms.  Each floor has a Resident Assistant who is responsible for designing academic, social, and spiritual programming as well as facilitate the development of the community. This residence hall has a lounge that is equipped with a kitchen, pool table, cable TV and furniture.

Tabor Terrace

An apartment complex that houses primarily junior and senior students and some sophomores as needed. There are three buildings with 8 apartments in each building. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen and can house up to 4 students. Students are required to purchase a meal plan and may choose between the Gold or Platinum Plan.

Division Street Apartments

This building has 14 one bedroom/one bath apartments and 2 two bedrooms/one bath apartments that house Junior and Senior students and/or married students. Students are required to purchase a meal plan and may choose between the Gold or Platinum Plan.

Saxon Apartments

This building has 6 two bedroom/1.5 bath apartments that house Junior and Senior students. Students are required to purchase a meal plan and may choose between the Silver, Gold or Platinum Plan.
