A Master of Science in Accounting is now available through the Warner Pacific Adult Degree Program. This unique master's program is designed to prepare students for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or the Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) exam.
Cohorts in the program meet two nights a week and curriculum is designed around the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) core competency framework. The focus is on Skill development and is not structured around traditional subject areas or accounting services.
Emphasis is given to the skills that are tested on the CPA and CMA examinations: analysis, judgment, communication, research, and understanding. There is also special attention placed on the core values of the accounting profession.
