Pre-Professional Programs

bethdupriestWarner Pacific offers many opportunities for students seeking professional careers in the fields of health care. As every person has various interests and talents, we support different degrees, majors and emphasis areas to focus our programs on the needs of the students while allowing the flexibility to tailor-fit aspects of the programs to your individual interests.

We can customize a program of study in our health and science offerings for those interested in pre-medical, as well as dentistry, physical therapy, and nursing.

For those interested in careers in medicine and allied health science professions, two degree tracts are emphasized. The first, designed specifically for those students focusing on entrance to medical and dental schools, leads to a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science with an emphasis in Human Biology. The second, an Associate of Science degree in Health Sciences, is available to pre-nursing students and provides the core curriculum for direct transfer to nursing school.

For students interested in post-graduate study or teaching, degree tracts also are available to support these interests as well. These include Bachelor of Science degrees in the areas of General Biology, and Physical Science. In addition, opportunities are available for qualified and motivated students to obtain research experiences or perform independent studies outside the standard classroom and laboratory settings.

Students at Warner Pacific have many unique opportunities including:

To facilitate the learning process, the faculty of the department brings a broad spectrum of experience in academics, research, and industrial applications to the classroom environment. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your goals, dreams, and aspirations and how we can help you develop these into reality.
