Warner Pacific College Meeting and Event Spaces

Our picturesque Mt. Tabor campus is centrally located in southeast Portland, an artistic hub surrounded by diverse eateries, art galleries and charming old neighborhood homes. The Warner Pacific campus offers a wide variety of facilities to best meet the needs of your unique event. From simple classroom set-up to large-scale event venues, and even athletic facilities; we want to help make your event a success.

Portland's thriving downtown and economic districts are a quick ten-minute drive down the road, affording visitors to our campus easy access to all the opportunities our city has to offer. Conveniently located just minutes from the major interstates, I-205 and I-84, Warner Pacific is a scheduled stop on the #4 bus route and is accessible via the Division Street MAX Station, located 1 ½ miles east of the College.

Banquet Rooms/Event Spaces

McGuire Auditorium - This space is perfect for larger banquets, or as a concert venue for music or drama.
Kardatzke Hall - A smaller banquet hall with a kitchen attached.
Egtvedt 203 - This room can be used for a small banquet, or as a classroom/lecture room.
Schlatter Chapel - Perfect for small weddings, religious gatherings, or lectures.
Egtvedt Dining Hall - A larger open room with cafeteria style serving area.
McGuire Theatre - An intimate venue for drama presentations or lectures.
AF Gray Lawn - An open grass area suitable for outdoor banquets or concerts.

conference Warner Pacific offers event catering exclusively through our food service provider, Sodexo. Industry leaders in quality and value, Sodexo can meet all of your event needs, from basic coffee and refreshment breaks to full-service meals.

Event Technology & Production

For most events, the integration of technology and media presentation is essential to communicating with your audience. We can provide quality audio/visual equipment and technology, including secure WiFi access, stage production, and video playback. Whether you are producing a multi-media event for 200 guests or a training seminar for 20, we can help you create a high-quality, memorable experience.

For all audio/visual production services, we partner with Focal Audio & Design for equipment operation and production management. You will be asked to coordinate all of your technical requests through Focal Audio & Design and negotiate a contract for their services. If you need additional equipment, Focal Audio & Design will be happy to supply you with what you need.

As a Christ-centered, urban, liberal arts college, Warner Pacific believes that our facilities are an extension of our mission to be, "In the City, For the City." If your group shares that vision, we invite you to consider Warner Pacific to host your event; however, please note that each event submission is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure that your goals align with the mission and vision of the College. If your group is permitted to host an event on campus, it is with the expectation that you will comply with all federal, state and local laws. Additionally, Warner Pacific is an alcohol free campus and is committed to having smoke free residence halls and campus facilities.
